About Meandering Proposal: The text was written in 2018. It takes the form of a 2 column conversation. The rubber stamp text appears on vellum pages, interspersed with fragments of maps, digital prints, collage, and cyanotypes of various dimensions. The long and narrow structure of the book and its accordion fold binding encourages movement and sculptural form.
I am excited to have Meandering Proposal being shown by Kala Art Institute at the CODEX Book Fair. Feb 6 & 7, Oakland CA. You can find it at Table W42 (along the perimeter on the right as you enter). This book project was assembled with the help of Macy Chadwick during a residency at In Cahoots in Petaluma. Find the work of In Cahoots Press, Table 60 and if you are a printmaker, writer or artist book maker I highly recommend applying for this residency.
